William A. Minemier, Sr.
September 27, 1935 - January 25, 2025
William A. Minemier , 89, formerly of Macungie, PA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Belle Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Quakertown, PA. He was the husband of the late Roberta (Stiller) Minemier. He was born in Hunlock Creek, PA, son of the late George and Josephine (Kelly) Minemier, and grew up in Wilkes-Barre, PA. William served in the U.S. Navy from 1953-1957. Upon returning home, he married. Following, he then attended Penn State University. William worked for Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Fort Washington, PA, for nearly thirty years as a Pharmaceutical Packaging Mechanic. He was an avid golfer, and devout Eagles fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and his beloved grandchildren, and great granddaughter.
He is survived by his son William A. Minemier, Jr., and wife, of Douglassvile, PA, Kimberly D. Thomas, wife of Martin, Perkasie, PA, Pamela D. Buck of Macungie, PA, Ingrid A. McCue, wife of Craig, Fleetwood, PA. Siblings: Emma Firda, Frank Minemier, Stan Minemier, Frances Menighan, and Elizabeth Reap. He was preceded in death by siblings: Thomas, June, and Robert. 7 grandchildren: Rachel, Tyler, Christina, Amy, Sydney, Brendan, and Aaren, and a great granddaughter, Emery.
Interment at Washington Crossing National Cemetery at a date to be announced.
