Reverend Angel Ramos

Rev Angel Ramos, 83 of Allentown died January 17, 2024 at St Luke's Hospital Allentown.  He was the husband of Nydia (Cedre) Ramos, they were married November 11, 1978.  Born in Corozal, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Marcelino and Luz (Rodriguez) Ramos.  Pastor Ramos earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez.  He was inducted into the US Army in San Juan, Puerto Rico and served in the First Calvary Division 32nd Heli Airborne Division.  Later he was employed as a surveyor by the Department of Treasury in P.R. He was a Pastor at the Spanish Emmanuel Assembly at  Allentown.  He was a Chaplain at the Allentown Police Department for 27 years.

Survivors: Wife, Sons: Hector Pimentel of San Antonio, Texas, David Pimentel of Lansdale, PA, Eric Ramos of Allentown. Sister Nilda Velez of Alburtis, PA, Brother Juan Ramos of Cape Coral, FL  9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren
