Judith A. Young

Judith A. Young, 69, of Tamaqua, died May 31,2025 at St Luke's Hospice in Bethlehem, Judith was the wife of the late Walker "Skip" Young Jr. They were married on January 16, 1983. Born in Quakertown, Bucks County, PA she was a daughter of the late Richard H and Marilyn (Hoot) Long Sr.  Judy was an Administrative Assistant at Knoll in East Greenville.  A member of the Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Old Zionsville, PA. She was a past lay assistant and church council member.

Survivors: Daughter Nicole H. wife of James Gilleo of Schnecksville, PA, Siblings: Mary Jane "Janie" Sacks of Hamburg, PA, Richard H. Long of Muse, PA, Timothy J. Long of Quakertown, PA , four grandchildren and a great grandchild on the way. She was preceded in death by a daughter Crystal M. Young on March 21, 2000.

Services: 11:00am Monday June 9,2025 at the church. Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 11:00am in the church
