Jose E. Colon

José E. Colon, age 59, passed away on December 5, 2025. 

Born with a natural gift for working with his hands, José found joy in fixing cars, repairing anything he could, and helping others whenever possible. Those who knew him will remember his warm spirit, his easy smile, and the way he always tried to stay happy no matter what life placed before him.

José leaves behind his beloved children, Venus Colon, Natalia Colon, and Jose E Colon Jr., who will carry his strength and kindness forward. 

He is also survived by his sisters Maria Resende and Martha Sanchez, and his brothers Juan M. Colon, Carlos B Colon, Luis A Colon, and Enrique Colon. He is preceded in death by his brother, Heriberto Colon, whom he now joins in eternal rest.

José was a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren who brought him joy and his love for them will continue to echo in their hearts.

A viewing will be held on December 12, 2025, at Boyko Funeral Home: 855 Lehigh St. where family and friends are invited to gather, remember, and celebrate José’s life.

José will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his laughter, generosity, and resilient spirit will live on in the memories of those he touched.
