Helen V. Eltz

Helen V. Eltz, 82, of Allentown died Saturday, May 16,2026 at home surrounded by her loving family.  Born on June 11,1943, she was the daughter of the late Anna (Matusack) and Joseph A. Bauer.  Helen was a devoted wife to her late husband, Richard Lee Eltz, who died on March 22,2025.  They shared over 40 wonderful years of marriage, and she will now join him in eternal rest.

Helen worked as a sewing machine operator in the Allentown area for many years.  Helen is survived by sons, William Frederick Hontz, Jr. (Virginia) of Douglasville, and Joseph P. Hontz (Jane A.) of Allentown, six grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and her grand fur baby, Lynn.  Helen was preceded in death by her daughter Sherri and son David B. Hontz.

Services 1:30pm Friday May 22, 2026, Family and friends are invited to call 12:00 Noon Friday until 1:30pm at the funeral home.  Interment is at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
