Faith Mae (Schlegel) Zong

Faith Mae Zong 61, of Macungie, died Friday September 30, 2022 at home.  She was the wife of Larry G. Zong Sr. they were married June 11, 2007.  Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Earl O. Jr. and Pauline M. (Fegley) Schlegel.  Faith was an avid gardener and grandmother.   

Survivors: Husband, Daughters; Sonya Rothermel of Andreas, PA, Dana Rothermel of Macungie, PA Son; Michael Pireda (Jenna) of Douglasville, PA Stepdaughter Melissa Benware of Emmaus, Larry Zong Jr of Allentown.  Brothers: Grant Schlegel (Donna) of Macungie, Owen Schlegel companion Mary of Tylersport, PA Sister; Donna wife of Thomas Ossman of Pennsburg.  Charlotte Schlegel wife of Joseph Zajewski of Macungie. One granddaughter, 3 step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by grandson Drake Daniel. 

Celebration of Life Service 3:30 pm Friday October 7,2022 Family and Friends are invited to call from 2:00 until time of Service at the Boyko Funeral Home 855 Lehigh Street Allentown, PA 18103.

Interment Fairview Cemetery Allentown, PA.
