Dionisia Sanchez

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Dionisia Sanchez, who left this world on October 18,2024 at the age of 62. Born on April 8,1962 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Dionisia spent may cherished years in Allentown, PA before making her home in Orlando, Florida.

Dionisia dedicated her career to the hospitality industry, where her warmth and genuine kindness created memorable experiences for countless guests. She had a remarkable gift for making people feel welcomed and loved; her positive spirit radiated through everything she did.

As a cherished daughter of the late Hipolita Estell Mendoza Sanchez and Angel Maria Sanchez, Dionisia is survived by her three devoted daughters, Jazleen Journett, Jaridel Correa, and Juliana Correa, who were her pride and joy.  Her legacy lives on in her five grandchildren; Edwin Journett Jr, Juelz Journett, Sahrani Ritter, Gary Ritter, and Nelliy Huggins, who will carry her love in their hearts forever.

Dionisia is also survived by her beloved siblings: Lusia Dominguez, Angel Sanchez. Julian Sanchez, Juliana Deleon, and Glauco Sanchez. Family was everything to her, and she cherished her time with her loved ones.

Known for infectious positively and vibrant spirit, Dionisia touched the lives of many. She had a unique ability to uplift those around her, leaving a legacy of love and joy that will never be forgotten. Her laughter and light will be deeply missed by all who all who had the privilege of knowing her.
