Bobby L. Primer, 66 of Allentown died March 7,2026 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Nancy (Rodriguez) Primer. Born in Mississippi he was a son of the late Walter L. and Bessie (Scott) Primer. He was an Army Reserve Veteran.
