Andrew Rompilla

Andrew Rompilla, 61, of Catasauqua passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Pete Rompilla & the late Shirley (Miller) Rompilla.  He was the husband of DeAnna (Bailey) Rompilla for the past 20 years.

He recently worked as a baler at Crayola Warehouse in Bethlehem, PA. Formerly employed by Anthony & Sons Bakery in Denville, NJ for many years. He was a proud & active member of New Christian Harvest Church in Allentown, PA.

Andrew enjoyed many various outdoor activities involving nature & animals, especially anything involving his children & grandchildren.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by daughter Amber Capron of Zionsville; son Matthew Rompilla & wife Colleen of Emmaus; daughter Kassie Rompilla of Catasauqua; daughter Theah Abraham & husband Brian of Coplay; step-daughters Aimee Bailey of Catasauqua & Melissa Dise, wife of Cory of Whitehall: 9 grandchildren.  Brothers Peter Rompilla & wife Diane of Indiana; Jeffrey Rompilla & wife Laury of Catasauqua; Philip Rompilla & wife Joanne of Whitehall, Jonathan Rompilla of Marienville, PA.  Preceded in death by brother Steven Rompilla.

A time for reflection & sharing of memories of Andrew will be held 1-3pm Saturday, July 31, 2021 at New Christian Harvest Church, 1201 N. Ulster St. Allentown, PA 18109. (casual dress)
